Paradiso poster, May 10-21, 1972 - featuring Hawkwind, Magma,
Supersister, and New Riders of the Purple Sage
An original marquee type poster from the legendary Paradiso Club in
Amsterdam! This rare poster lists bands booked into the Paradiso over a two
week period during May of 1972. Bands include Supersister, Magma,
Hawkwind & friends (this was the legendary Hawkwind line-up with Brock,
Calvert, Lemmy, Nik Turner, Dik Mik, Del Dettmar, Simon King, & Stacia),
The New Riders of the Purple Sage, The Canadians, Swingen, McCeltic
Band, Max Merritt & the Meters, Pardaillan, Long Tall Ernie & the
Shakers, Strrrriptonell, and Kindermiddag.
Matt paper stock, size 22" X 17 1/4", some minor edge wear and small
tears, but amazing condition considering its age. Very rare!

An original poster advertising Kevin Ayers & Archie Legget at the
Cosmos Club and at the Paradiso in May of 1972.
Matt paper stock, size 22" X 17 1/4", absolutely amazing condition
considering its age. Very rare!

Frank Zappa and the Hot Rats Orchestra - Houtrusthallen Den Haag,
Amsterdam, September 17, 1972
An original two-sided handbill for Frank Zappa and the Hot Rats
Orchestra in Amsterdam. This rare handbill still has the ticket application
attached at the bottom. It also features a great picture of Zappa on one side.
Matt paper stock, size 8 3/16" X 5 7/8", has one crease that is
practically invisible.

Paradiso poster, July 18-21, 1973 - featuring Hawkwind and Brinsley
Schwarz
An original boxing style poster from the legendary Paradiso Club in
Amsterdam! This rare poster lists bands booked into the Paradiso over a one
week period during July of 1973. Bands include Hawkwind, Brinsley
Schwarz, and Home Cooking. This poster advertizes the legendary Hawkwind
Space Ritual show at the Paradiso.
Matt paper stock, size 24" X 17", some edge wrinkling and edge tears.

Discipline - Paradiso Club, May 15, 1981 - a birthday party for Robert
Fripp and Bill Bruford
An original poster from the Paradiso Club in Amsterdam. This poster
advertizes a concert by Discipline (this was the reformed King Crimson band
prior to changing their name back to King Crimson) that was a birthday
celebration for Robert Fripp and Bill Bruford. Also on the bill were the lounge
Lizards and Menzar Lizzard.

Paradiso poster, September 23 through October 11, 1981 - featuring Peter
Hammill and William Burroughs!
An original poster from the legendary Paradiso Club in Amsterdam! This
poster advertizes concerts and events taking place over a two and a half week
period during September and October of 1981. Bands include Peter Hammill,
Monomen, Rotjoch, Monty Coatrs, Dorpstraat De Munck, Exploited, Jesus & the
Gospelfuckers, Depeche Mode, Intensive Care, Frankie Miller, A A &
the Doctors, Latino Americano, Raymond van het Groenwoud, De Dijk, Medium
Medium, and the Dead Airmen (The Duanes). The poster also advertizes the
"One World Poetry Against War" festival, featuring many poets and
artists including Avant Squares, Laurie Anderson, Michael Algrin,
Hollanditis, Ballongezelschap, John Cooper Clarke, Ton Lebbink, Linton Kwesi
Johnson, Bart Chabot, William Burroughs, Hugo Claus, John Giorno, Jim
Carroll, the Undertones, Judith Kenenczki, Barbara Barg, Minny Pops, The Names,
Greetje Ozon, and Frans Vogel.
